Bonnie K. (Spade) Fultz

Bonnie K. Fultz, 79, of Lewistown, entered into rest at 3:40 a.m., Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Geisinger Lewistown Hospital.

She was born January 7, 1946, in Richfield, a daughter of the late Arol and Dorothy (Rothrock) Spade.

Bonnie attended Middleburg High School.

She was employed at the Richfield Shirt Factory and, most recently, as an associate at Walmart.

Bonnie was a member of the Linglestown United Methodist Church.

She took pride in being part of the Red Hat Club at the nursing home and enjoyed puzzles, bingo, socializing, and spending time with her grandson.

Bonnie is survived by two daughters, Cindy Auker of Richfield, and Tina Shirk of Selinsgrove; one son-in-law, Victor Shirk of Richfield; one grandson, Ryan Shirk and his wife Jen; one great-grandson, Remington; four sisters, Penny Sheaffer, Deb Dressler, April Dock, and Holly Weaver; two brothers, Dale Spade, Sr., and James Spade; one step-daughter, Charity Runkle; one step-grandson, Danny Spriggle; numerous nieces and nephews; and her extended family, the Ehrismans.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her fiancé, Tommy Spriggle; one son-in-law, George Auker; and five siblings, Arol “Sonny” Spade, Donald “Gerd” Spade, Pink Neimond, Vickie Gray, and Lois Longer.

Family and friends are welcome from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 14, 2025, at George P. Garman Funeral Home, 9366 Route 35, Mt. Pleasant Mills, PA 17853, where a memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Jim Steele, Pastor Nick Smith, and Pastor Brian Worley officiating.

Burial will follow in the Evangelical Methodist Cemetery, Richfield.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions in Bonnie’s name be made to William Penn Activities Department, 163 Summit Drive, Lewistown, PA 17044.
