Hazel Coppersmith, 84, of Liverpool, passed peacefully on March 14, 2024, at Harrisburg Hospital.
She was born in Pittsburgh on August 5, 1939, but spent her life in Liverpool as a member of the Nichols family.
Hazel worked at Good Samaritan and Nipple’s Convalescent Homes.
She is survived by her family, Betsy and Jerry Lyter, Caroline Williamson Caswell, and Sally and John Shipe, Curtis Lyter family, Melanie Lyter Hostler family, Rachel Lyter Schwab family, Amy Lyter Stauffer family, and her good friend, Joan Rauch.
She was a member of Liverpool Legion Post #364, and she had many friends there.
Hazel was loved by her family and friends and she enjoyed spending time with them.
Services will be private.
