Margaret Eva Buser, 80, of Mechanicsburg, entered eternal rest on Monday, June 27, 2022, at Westshore UPMC Hospital.

Margaret was born on March 28, 1942, in Mahoning Township, Montour County, a daughter of the late Henry William Messimer and Vera Irene Glace.  Early in life, she married her sweetheart, John W. Buser.

She was a graduate of Greenwood Joint High School.

Margaret was employed as a bookkeeper for Perry and Bambach Law Firm in Camp Hill.  She was a member of the Duncannon Assembly of God Church in Duncannon and an active contributor to Teen Challenge in Rehrersburg, PA.

Margaret’s greatest joy in life was loving and spending precious time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving husband, John; two sons, Jonathan Buser and his fiance’, Holly Ginter of Carlisle and Joel Buser and his wife, Nicole of Mechanicsburg; four grandchildren, Joshua Buser, Jordan Buser, Javin Buser, and Jadon Buser; three great-grandchildren, Jayson Buser, Braelyn Buser, and Cohen Buser; and one sister, Donna Konevitch of Texas.

Margaret is preceded in death by her parents.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. followed by a funeral service beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the George P. Garman Funeral Homes, Inc., 606 N. Front Street, Liverpool, PA 17045 with Pastor Dennis Campbell officiating.

Interment will immediately follow in the Dressler’s Ridge United Methodist Cemetery.
