Marian A. (Hood) Foltz, 95, of Richfield, entered eternal rest on Saturday, April 20, 2024.

Marian was born on August 6, 1928, in Richfield, a daughter of the late Percy and Mabel (Eichman) Hood.  On June 1, 1946, she married her husband, Melvin Roy Foltz, who preceded her in passing on August 7, 2014.

Marian retired from Richfield Manufacturing where she was employed for 54 years.  She was a member of Richfield United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda Varner and her husband Larry; three grandchildren, Chris Varner and his wife Tosha, Todd Varner and his wife Kim, and Abby Yorks and her husband Blair; and 10 great-grandchildren, Sarah Wolfgang and her husband Ryan, Nathan Ernest, Ben Varner, Joshua Varner, Nevin Yorks, Owen Yorks, Isaac Varner, Elizabeth Varner, Daniel Varner, and Aniyah Varner.

Marian is preceded in passing by her husband, Melvin; parents, Percy and Mabel; four brothers, Gerald Hood, Norman Hood, Harold Hood, and Richard Hood; and one sister, Ethel Spade.

A viewing will be held on Friday, April 26, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Richfield United Methodist Church, 90 Church Street, Richfield, PA 17086, with Pastor Brian Myfelt and Pastor Don Henrikson officiating.

Interment will immediately follow in Richfield Union Cemetery.
