Michael S. "Mikey" Everson

Michael “Mikey” S. Everson, 53, of Liverpool, entered into rest at 4:02 p.m., Monday, February 24, 2025, at Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center.

He was born May 3, 1971, in Dauphin County, a son of the late Charles and Joyce (Klaver) Everson. On October 11, 2014, he married his loving wife Shirl Everson, who survives.

Mikey served in the United States Army during the Gulf War. He was a member of the Duncannon VFW and Liverpool American Legion Post 364.

He enjoyed Budweiser beer, cookouts and campfires, riding motorcycle, and spending time with his grandchildren. Mikey was a great storyteller and would do anything for anyone.

In addition to his wife of 10 years, Mikey is survived by one step-son, Adam Pavusik, Jr.; two step-daughters, Ariel Pavusik and Angela Pavusik; four grandchildren, Lelliana, Elizabeth, Greyson, and Isabella; three sisters-in-law, Susan Maguire, Brenda Kumler, and Marianne Thompson; one brother-in-law, Robert G. Sheaffer; his father-in-law, Robert L. Sheaffer; numerous nieces and nephews; and his beloved German Shepard, Kai, and cat, Skittles.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by several pets over the years.

Family and friends are welcome from 1 to 4 p.m., Sunday, March 9, 2025, at the Liverpool American Legion Post 364, 400 Union St., Liverpool, PA 17045 where a celebration of life will be conducted.
