Phyllis M. Minium, 92, of Millerstown, entered eternal rest on December 17, 2022, at Geisinger in Lewistown. She was born on June 16, 1930, in Mifflintown, a daughter of the late Samuel E. and Iva (Schnee) McFadden. Early in life, Phyllis married her sweetheart, Ezra Minium, Jr., who preceded her in death on April 6, 2006.
Phyllis was a graduate of Juniata Joint High School in Mifflintown. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church. Phyllis enjoyed life as a homemaker and spending time with her family especially her precious grandchildren.
Phyllis is survived by her son Steven A. Minium and his wife Linda M.; 2grandchildren Jesse E. Minium and his wife Stephanie and Nicholas S. Minium and his significant other Maleena Westwood; and great-grandsons Owen and Chance.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter Linda L. Swartz on September 24, 2008; and brother Chelcer Neal McFadden.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 noon at Faith Lutheran Church, 161 Dressler’s Ridge Road, Millerstown, PA 17062 with Pastor Paul L. Kampa officiating.
Interment will immediately follow in the adjoining church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions in loving memory of Phyllis be made to Faith Lutheran Church, PO Box 164, Richfield, PA 17086.
