Ralph N. Lefferts, 80, of Mt. Pleasant Mills, entered eternal rest on Sunday, September 17, 2023, at Brookdale Senior Living in Bloomsburg.

Ralph was born on February 7, 1943, in Perry Township, Snyder County, a son of the late Norman Gilbert and Dorothy Ellen (Apple) Lefferts.

Ralph was a 1961 graduate of Middleburg Joint High School.  After high school, he attended Practical Bible Training School in New York, and later, Temple University.

He proudly served in the United States Navy from 1967 until his honorable discharge on February 2, 1973.  Ralph worked as a laborer and retired from Colonial Furniture.

Ralph was a devout Christian and a member of Grace Baptist Church in Mt. Pleasant Mills.

Ralph is survived by his sister Ruth A. (Lefferts) Witmer and her husband, Larry, of Bloomsburg; two nephews, Dr. Eric and Dr. Alicia Witmer and Dr. Christopher and Mrs. Michele Witmer; great-nieces and great-nephews Londyn Witmer, Gianna Witmer, Gannon Witmer, and Reese Witmer; and his fur baby nephew, Bentley Witmer.

He is preceded in passing by his parents and sister, Caroll Frances (Lefferts) Uema, on August 15, 1987.

A memorial service in loving memory of Ralph will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Grace Baptist Church with Pastor Shawn Myers officiating.
