Suzanne M. “Sue” Reisinger, 74, of Enola, entered eternal rest on Monday, August 21, 2023, at UPMC West Shore Hospital with her loving family by her side.

Sue was born on March 18, 1949, in Liverpool Township, Perry County, a daughter of the late George C. and Erma K. (Boyer) McGowan.

Sue was a 1967 graduate of Greenwood High School.  She was employed for over 30 years and retired from Embarq as a customer service representative.

She enjoyed doing embroidery and was an avid reader.  Sue was known for being a practical joker who was full of humor and was always fun loving.  She ultimately loved all children and dogs.

Sue is survived by her daughter, Amy Reisinger and her fiance’ Eric Dinkins; her son, Benjamin Reisinger and his wife Lynn; three grandchildren, Doug, Misti, and Josh; four great-grandchildren, Madisynn, Wyatt, Addi, and Brynn; siblings, Richard McGowan and his wife Linda, Henry McGowan, Donna Delancey and her husband John, and Janet Barnes and her husband Jeffrey; sister-in-law, June McGowan; and her precious dog, Lily.

She is preceded in passing by her parents and brother, Jack McGowan.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Thursday, August 24, 2023, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 10:30 a.m. at the George P. Garman Funeral Homes, Inc., 606 N. Front Street, Liverpool, PA 17045, with Pastor Dale Barrick officiating.

Interment will immediately follow in Wright’s Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
